Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy:

You can change and exchange your purchase within seven days (a week) counted from the first day of ordering your purchases from the Evora website, but you cannot cancel it.


Evora accepts your request for exchange in one of the following cases:-

  1. There is a difference between the product image upon which the purchase was made, and    the actual product received
  2. There are manufacturing defects in the product. 

If the product is replaced, Evora will bear all shipping costs if the conditions for replacement are met.


Please Note:


For the replacement process to be approved, a clear picture of the product received by the customer must be sent to prove the reason for replacement within seven days (a week) of receiving the order with an apparent reason for the replacement.
