Any order you made through the Evora website can be returned within seven days (a week) from the date you receive the shipment
- The payment was made through credit cards, Tabby, or Tamara.
- If cash is paid upon receipt, the amount is added as a balance to the customer's wallet with Evora.
- There is a difference between the product image upon which the purchase was made and the actual product received
- There are manufacturing defects in the product.
- For the return process to be approved, a clear picture of the product received by the customer must be sent to prove the reason for the return within seven days (a week) of the received order, with an apparent reason for the return process being provided.
- Please note that for Evora's bags purchased during promotional offers, refunds and returns are not applicable unless there are industrial defects. In such cases, exchanges are available in accordance with our exchange policy.
